CMP implements and follows up on content strategy, to allow agile planning. Campaigns and work can be managed. The publication calendar and campaign calendar. But all of this requires planning, which depends on an overview of different publications or published content, campaigns, strategy and work. There are a number of ways to plan in CMP:

  • Calendar: The Calendar gives an overview of publication content over a defined time period.
  • Campaigns: Campaigns provides an overview of campaigns with clickable access to allow an interactive campaign calendar.
  • Strategy: Strategy displays the content grouped into Content type to identify where there might be gaps in the content strategy.
  • Ideas: Ideas gives an overview of all ideas currently waiting to be approved for creation by a content manager.

These elements allow the user to identify gaps and omissions in the calendar, campaign, strategy or ideas. Content can be added without leaving the window.
