Download assets

In Sitecore Content Hub, you can download single or multiple assets to print or use externally. When you download multiple assets, you automatically create a mass download order. Default renditions are available and you can create custom renditions during the download process.

By default, download orders are available for seven days.

Download a single asset

You can download renditions of a single asset from the asset details page.

To download a single asset:

  1. On the menu bar, click Assets.

  2. On the Assets page, click the asset you want to download.

  3. In the top-right corner of the asset details page, click Download, and do one of the following:

    • To download the asset, select the asset rendition you want to download (for example, Original or Medium).
    • To display a list of available renditions, click All download options .
    • To request access to assets under Digital Rights Management (DRM), click Request download .
    • To create a custom download, select Custom download and, in the Custom download dialog box, define the custom parameters, and then click Download.

Custom downloads create a download order. To see the progress of the download, go to the Downloads page and download the order when ready. All other renditions start downloading immediately.
