Create public links

Sitecore Content Hub lets you create public links for assets that you can share externally. You can create a public link for a single asset from its details page or links for multiple assets at once using a bulk operation.

Warning

Only assets with a size of 50MB or smaller and of types jpeg, png, or webp display in the Public link dialog box.

To create a public link for a single asset:

  1. On the menu bar, click Assets.

  2. On the Assets page, find the asset you want and click it.

  3. On the asset details page, click More actions and select Public links .

  4. In the Public link dialog box, click + Public link.

  5. In the New public link dialog box, fill out the following fields.

  6. Click Save.

To create public links for multiple assets:

  1. On the menu bar, click Assets.

  2. On the Assets page, select the assets you want.

  3. Click More actions and select Create Public Links .

  4. In the Public links creation dialog box, fill out the following fields.

  5. If you need to create another public link, click Add link.

  6. Click Submit.
