Sort page content

To make it easier to find what you are looking for, you can sort the contents of a page using the options on the toolbar. The following example shows sort options on a search results page but you can sort content without first performing a search or applying a filter:

To sort page content:

  1. On the toolbar of any page you can sort (for example, Assets, Content Search, Project content and so on), on the toolbar, from the sort list, select how you want to sort results (for example, Relevance, Title, Name, Filename, Date created or Date modified, and so on).

  2. To change the direction or the sort, click the Reverse sort direction button to sort alphabetically A-Z or Z-A or to sort numerically 0-9 or 9-0. This option is not available when sorting by Relevance.

When you use sort features, you might see duplicate assets because a new query is executed each time you change a filter or navigate to another page. If you sort by a static property (for example id), this should not occur.
